1. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original method of payment
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
